COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION
Now that you have received the NUANS report and Cover Letter, you have 90 days to fill out the appropriate government forms to officially register your business with the provincial government.
You can complete your registration in New Brunswick with the Corporate Registry in Fredericton, and can do so online or via printed forms. Doing so online is the faster option.
PRINTABLE FORMS
If you are starting a sole proprietorship, then fill out Form 5.
If you are starting a partnership, then fill out Partnerships Form 1.
If you are incorporating, then fill out Form 1, Form 2 and Form 4.
If you are reviving a previously existing company, then fill out Form 10, and possibly Form 2 and Form 4.
If you have an existing business from a different province and looking to register it in New Brunswick, then you must fill out Forms 26, Form 25, and Form 25.1.
In certain cases, you may need to fill out additional forms than the ones listed here. When incorporating, you should consult a lawyer or accountant when filling out the form, as there are special considerations to make.
Don't forget to print out and attach your NUANS Report and Cover letter to the government forms.
When all the forms are printed and filled out, you will want to mail the package to:

They will be confirming your business name and will be sending you a certificate and a Business Number (BN).
You may also want to apply a Payroll or for a HST account, which can be used for corporate income tax, import/export taxes and payroll deductions, where applicable.
This is done separately and is not done automatically when registering a business name.
